Terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VENDE (the “Site”), our mockup files, templates, and related digital products (the “Products”), and any custom work we produce for you (the “Services”). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Products or Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital products & licensing

All Products are sold under license, not sold outright. Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the layered files for your own commercial or client design work, subject to the licensing tier you purchase:

• Individual License — for use by a single designer on their own projects and client work.

• Studio License — extends the same usage rights to every designer within one studio or agency, working under a shared account.

• Corporate License — for larger organizations and higher-volume, brand-wide use across internal teams.

You are responsible for selecting the licence tier that matches how the Products will be used. Using a Product beyond the scope of your purchased tier requires upgrading to the appropriate licence.

2. Permitted use

Under a valid licence, you may:

• Edit, composite, and render the Products using the included smart objects and layers.

• Use the resulting renders in client deliverables, marketing, packaging design, and pitch presentations.

• Deliver finished renders (not the original source files) to your own clients as part of your design work.

3. Prohibited use

Regardless of licence tier, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original Product files (PSD or source layers), in whole or in part, as stock assets, templates, or mockups.

• Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying mockup design itself.

• Use the Products to create a competing mockup or template library for resale.

• Share your account or licensed files with individuals or organizations not covered by your purchased licence tier.

4. Membership & unlimited access

Some Products are available through a lifetime or unlimited membership tier, granting ongoing access to current and future Products released during the membership period, subject to the same licensing terms above. Membership access is personal to the account holder (or studio, under a Studio membership) and may not be shared or transferred.

5. Custom & bespoke work

For bespoke mockup or scene commissions, the scope, timeline, number of revisions, and licensing terms will be confirmed in writing (including by email) before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, custom work is licensed to the commissioning client only and may not be resold as a general-purpose template.

6. Payment & delivery

Products are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment, typically as a downloadable ZIP file. No physical goods are shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to software (such as Adobe Photoshop) capable of opening the delivered files.

7. Refunds

Because Products are delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are final once a Product has been downloaded, except where:

• The files are corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from their listing description.

• Required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refund requests should be sent to our support contact within 14 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual property

All Products, scenes, and templates remain the intellectual property of VENDE. Your licence grants usage rights only, as described above, and does not transfer ownership of the underlying files or designs.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Products and Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing rendered output before delivering it to your own clients.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VENDE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products or Services, including lost profits or client disputes arising from your own deliverables.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Products or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
